Return Process

  Place the garment in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags, extra embellishments, and invoices are included inside the box.

  Dispatch Parcel

  Ship the package back to our central distribution hub using a tracked courier service and share the tracking details with our support representative.

  Quality Audit & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
